My name is Chris, but I answer to many other names! More affectionately known as CJ or Daaa-ad to my kids.
Why CJ you ask? Growing up, our neighbour across the road was also a Chris. He was older, but I was taller, so going by ‘Big Chris’ or ‘Little Chris’ would’ve been too confusing, so he got to keep his real name and I lost mine but became known by my first and middle initials.
My family and I have called Port Macquarie home for ten years now, having made the move like everyone else from Sydney. It was the greatest move we could have made! 22 years of hospitality experience has given me a world of knowledge around the customer experience and I 100% believe that the paying customer should expect great service with a friendly smile, and that is what Tall Orders will provide!
